The Mindful Rabbit offers a variety of spiritual counseling sessions. These sessions are designed to help center and ground your thinking, overcome fears, reduce anxiety/depression, and teach you how to be happy in the present.  Relaxing meditations and simple activities will guide you to let go of past experiences that may be hindering your positive thoughts. Tap into your own intuition with the help of your angel guides and see beyond everyday experiences. Learn how to become a spiritual thinker and create the life you deserve. We are all meant to live a life of abundance and happiness.
